The Area of 1.366.967 square meters (338 acres), for the construction and sale of a residential complex of 229 villas, Beach Club, Golf Course 9 for holes, a restaurants.

The construction project has already been approved, has full support of the Government of the Dominican Republic. There is also an agreement with the President of the Dominican Republic for the construction of several restaurants and a school of hotel/restaurant business.

Total cost of the project: (including land, expenses (both direct and indirect)) is 215.698.385 USD. Participation is possible with a minimum stake of 30.000.000 USD.

Also, if the investor has bought out the entire project, wants to build another hotel complex or some other project, additional coordination is possible.

It is very important that this investment is short-term, the construction project is designed for 18 months, sales will begin at the time of approval of the plan, before construction begins.
